VIDEO PRODUCTION CREW: INTRODUCTION

Your Creative Team

At Episode 11 Productions, transparency is the foundation of everything we do. We invite you to explore these pages and discover exactly how we operate. Since our founding in 2007, we’ve set ourselves apart by taking a different approach. After experiencing the common challenges in large productions—where egos, waste, and survival of the fittest often dominated—we chose a path rooted in values, collaboration, and integrity. This approach is what drives us to continually offer a “better way” in video production.

From day one, our mission has been clear: we put people before profits. This isn’t just a motto; it’s a guiding principle that you’ll experience from the moment you work with us. Our team operates with a “we’re all in this together” mindset. Every member of our crew is ready to roll up their sleeves—whether it’s taping down light cords, miking talent, or even picking up lunch. Titles don’t matter here; what matters is a genuine, respectful collaboration where everyone contributes to the project’s success.

Our people-first philosophy also shapes our client relationships. We see ourselves not as an outside vendor but as a seamless extension of your team. We take time to truly understand your brand, vision, and audience to ensure every piece of content aligns with your goals. When you work with us, you’re not just receiving a service; you’re gaining a dedicated partner invested in your success. Our collaborative approach means we’re with you every step of the way, integrating seamlessly to become a trusted part of your marketing efforts.

By putting people and purpose at the forefront, we create impactful, authentic content that resonates. At Episode 11 Productions, this commitment to values-driven production is at the heart of every project, every frame, and every story we tell together.

GUESS THE VIDEO PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

As a child, this person would often grab his toy guitar, strike a rockstar pose, and belt out “Lord Have Mercy on a Working Man”, with all the enthusiasm of a seasoned performer. They would sling their head back dramatically, mimicking the passion of a country singer lost in the music.

It wasn’t about being perfect—it was about feeling the joy of performing, connecting with the music, and letting loose. This playful moment became a signature expression of their love for music, showcasing an early passion that would later evolve into a more serious commitment to sound and performance.

The dramatic head-thrust was all part of the show, a physical manifestation of the energy and spirit they felt whenever they engaged with a song they loved. It was an act that combined humor, joy, and a genuine appreciation for storytelling through song, traits that have likely influenced their creative journey ever since.

Who am I?

While young, this person always had a book in their hand, lost in the pages no matter where they were. Whether sitting on a sunny porch, curled up in bed, or even hiding out under the covers with a flashlight after bedtime, they would be engrossed in a story. Reading wasn’t just a pastime; it was an adventure, a gateway to countless worlds and experiences.

They would carry books everywhere—cramming them into backpacks, sneaking them to school, and eagerly diving back in at any spare moment. Fiction, fantasy, or true crime—it didn’t matter, as long as it was a story waiting to be discovered. The thrill of a new book was like opening a door to a fresh, unexplored world, and they couldn’t resist the pull of a good narrative. Each story was an escape, a journey into a different reality that fueled their imagination and curiosity.

This constant habit of reading built a deep understanding of storytelling, a love for details, and an appreciation for the rhythms and flow of a well-told tale. It wasn’t just about consuming stories but learning how to see the world through different lenses, an early passion that has undoubtedly shaped their perspective and creative endeavors today.

Who am I?

While shopping this person’s parents surprised the kids by allowing them to choose a 110 camera blister pack. It was a simple and exciting gift that would let them capture the world around them. Each sibling got to choose their camera, and in the excitement of the moment, this person eagerly grabbed the one they thought looked best. However, as they got back to the car, they quickly realized that the camera they had picked didn’t come with a roll of film, unlike the one their older sister had chosen. Disappointment hit hard, and they started to cry, upset that they wouldn’t be able to use their camera right away.

Seeing this, their older sister, understanding how much it meant, didn’t hesitate to make things right. With a gentle smile, she offered to trade her camera with them—the one that came with the precious film. In that moment, what could have been a small, sad memory turned into an early lesson in kindness and generosity. They swapped cameras, tears dried, and they were soon ready to take their first pictures, a moment that became not just about capturing images, but about the warmth of family and the bond between siblings.

Who am I?

Reading=Story Weaving

Beth the ``Editing Wizard``

``Reading has sharpened my skills by teaching me the art of narrative flow, pacing, and the power of well-placed details, all of which are crucial in crafting engaging and seamless video stories.``

No Film=No Visual

Randy the ``Reel Man``

``Wanting that roll of film as a child sparked my fascination with capturing moments, leading me to a future in visual storytelling and editing, where I could bring still images and video to life with the same anticipation and excitement I felt back then.``

Singing=Music

Tony the ``Tone Man``

Music is the heartbeat of my existence, shaping not just my career but every part of who I am. From the moment I first picked up an instrument, playing music became a way to express emotions that words couldn’t capture—a powerful and cathartic release.
